NineX19 Assembled Vapor Ported Barrel & Slide Combo for Glock 17 Gen 5

The NineX19 Vapor Assembled Ported Slide & Barrel Set provides a ready-to-install upper assembly for Glock 17 Gen 5 frames without requiring you to source internal components or transfer parts from another slide.

Each set combines a NineX19 Vapor optic-ready slide with its matched Gen 5 ported barrel. Glock OEM slide internals, a Gen 5 recoil spring assembly and a NineX19 back plate are supplied and installed by NineX19.

For a fully sighted assembly, add NineX19 Blackout Tritium sights during checkout. The sights will be professionally installed before shipment for less than the retail price of the sights alone.

Why choose the assembled Vapor set?

Most aftermarket Glock slides are sold stripped. Completing one requires sourcing the correct internal components and properly installing the channel liner, firing pin assembly, extractor, extractor depressor plunger and firing pin safety.

This assembled Vapor configuration removes that work. The correct Glock OEM components are supplied and installed by NineX19, giving you a properly configured upper without buying a second factory slide to transfer its parts.

Choose the standard Vapor Slide & Barrel Set if you already have compatible components you want to reuse. Choose this assembled version if you want the internal components supplied and the assembly work completed for you.

Vapor integrated porting system

The Vapor system uses a matched ported slide and ported barrel designed to work together. Expanding gases are directed upward through the corresponding barrel and slide ports to reduce muzzle rise and help the pistol return to the target faster.

Unlike a conventionally ported barrel installed beneath a standard slide opening, the Vapor’s port geometry is developed around the corresponding slide openings as one integrated system.

Add NineX19 Blackout Tritium sights to have the sight set professionally installed before your assembly ships.

The installed-sight upgrade is offered for less than the retail price of the iron sights alone. You receive the sights, professional installation and an upper assembly that arrives ready for final installation on your frame.

The Blackout Tritium sight set features a clean, distraction-free rear sight and a tritium front sight for a fast, easy-to-reference sight picture in changing lighting conditions.

Fitment

This assembled upper is configured specifically for:

• Glock 17 Gen 5 frames
• Compatible Glock 17 Gen 5-pattern builder frames

The Vapor slide uses Glock OEM Gen 3-pattern internal components with a Gen 5 barrel and Gen 5 recoil spring assembly. All required slide internals are supplied and installed by NineX19, so the assembly arrives correctly configured for Glock 17 Gen 5 applications.

Optic and sight configuration

The Vapor slide features an RMR-pattern optic cut with indexing posts. It uses a combat-cut sight arrangement in which the red-dot optic serves as the primary sighting system and the iron sights provide a functional backup.

A red-dot optic and optic cover plate are not included.

Select the installed NineX19 Blackout Tritium sight add-on if you want the assembly delivered with iron sights installed.

Installation notice

The slide internals are installed by NineX19. Final installation on the customer’s frame and verification of safe operation remain the purchaser’s responsibility. Firearm components should be inspected and installed by a qualified person before use.
