SHIPPING

We are proud to offer cost-effective shipping on the majority of our products to anywhere within the United States (some exceptions may apply). Unfortunately, due to ITAR regulations and various international laws, we are unable to ship to any address outside of the United States.

We work hard to maintain an accurate live inventory on our site at all times. As a result, most orders will ship within 1-2 business days (and sometimes even same-day). During holidays, special promotions, and periods of increased demand, this processing time may increase to 3-4 business days. If you have any questions about your order status, please free to contact us.

Due to state and local regulations, we are unable to ship magazine basepads to the following states: CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, RI, VT, and WA. Any attempt to ship basepads to these states will be blocked at checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we would like to stay in business so that our employees can feed their families. If you have an issue with this policy, please take it up with your local elected officials.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We’re pretty sure you’re going to love your new NineX19 product, but if for some reason you decide it’s not for you, here’s the deal…

We will accept all unopened returns for up to 30 days from the date-of-purchase, provided that the item is still in its original packaging. Any item that has been opened or removed from its packaging may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us PRIOR to returning any item(s) as we can’t be responsible for packages that show up at our facility without explanation.

If you’d like to exchange your unopened item for a different model, finish, etc, please let us know and we’ll be glad to work with you.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please let us know right away and we will work with you directly to get you squared away.
