NineX19 manufactures two versions of Glock 17 slides, the X1 slide, and ported Vapor slides, which are sold as combos with matching barrels.
Our X1 slides are CNC-machined in the United States from 17-4 stainless steel and feature a cut compatible with RMR-pattern optics. They also feature precision machined windows that boost aesthetic value while also lowering reciprocating mass (which reduces recoil) and aiding in heat dissipation.
As for our Vapor ported barrel and slide combos, the barrels are CNC-machined from 416R and the slides from 17-4 stainless steel. With matched porting, the barrel and slide substantially reduce recoil, controlling muzzle flip. The porting also splits the gasses around the sights to keep your sight picture clear, for rapid reacquisition and faster, more accurate follow up shots. The slide itself has also been strategically designed to offer a lower reciprocating mass (further reducing recoil) as well as with tactile knurling that assists with manual manipulation of the slide. Like our X1 slides, they are also compatible with RMR-pattern optics.
