NineX19 Warranty
Last updated: September 3, 2026
NineX19 designs and manufactures products that are intended to work—and we stand behind the products we make.
This warranty is provided by NineX19 LLC and applies to genuine NineX19 products subject to the terms below.
OUR WARRANTY FOLLOWS THE PRODUCT
The NineX19 warranty follows the product, not the purchaser.
It does not matter whether you purchased the product:
- Directly from NineX19
- Through an authorized dealer
- From another retailer
- Secondhand from another owner
- Through a private sale
- At a yard sale
If it is a genuine NineX19 product, it is still a NineX19 product—and it should work as intended regardless of who owns it.
Warranty coverage is transferable automatically. No warranty registration or formal transfer is required.
Proof of purchase is not required solely to establish warranty ownership. We may request photographs, product markings, order information, or the product itself when needed to confirm that it is a genuine NineX19 product and determine the cause of a problem.
WARRANTY DURATION
This warranty does not have a fixed expiration date and does not end when a NineX19 product is sold or transferred to another owner.
Coverage continues for as long as the genuine NineX19 product remains in serviceable condition, subject to the exclusions in this warranty.
Ordinary wear, cosmetic aging, finish wear, corrosion, abuse, alteration, and damage caused by use are not manufacturing defects merely because they occur while the product remains in service.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship affecting the intended fit, function, or operation of a genuine product manufactured by NineX19.
Covered issues may include:
- A manufacturing defect in a NineX19 component.
- A material defect that prevents the product from functioning as intended.
- Incorrect machining or dimensions attributable to NineX19.
- A defect in assembly work performed by NineX19.
- Premature failure caused by a covered defect in materials or workmanship.
Coverage is based on the product and the cause of the issue—not where the product was purchased or who currently owns it.
HOW WE APPROACH PRODUCT PROBLEMS
If a NineX19 product is not working correctly, contact us.
We will help diagnose the issue and determine what needs to be corrected. We do not dismiss a concern simply because the customer is not the original purchaser or does not have the original receipt.
Many apparent product defects ultimately involve:
- Product fitment
- Installation
- Ammunition
- Tolerance differences
- Wear or modification to the host firearm
- Aftermarket internal components
- Recoil-spring configuration
- Optic or sight installation
- Another component in the system
That does not mean the concern will be dismissed or automatically blamed on the customer. A firearm operates as a complete system, and identifying the actual cause is part of resolving the problem.
We may ask questions, review photographs or video, recommend troubleshooting steps, or inspect the product. Our objective is to identify the problem and reach a practical solution.
WARRANTY REMEDIES
When NineX19 determines that a product has a covered defect, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the affected product.
- Replace the affected component.
- Replace the product with the same or a reasonably comparable product.
- Provide another appropriate remedy agreed upon with the customer.
Repair or replacement is the usual warranty remedy.
A refund is not the default remedy for a warranty claim. A refund may be offered when NineX19 determines that repair or replacement is not practical, when repeated reasonable attempts have not resolved a covered defect, or when otherwise required by law.
Replacement products or components may reflect current production specifications, finishes, markings, or design revisions. If an identical product is no longer available, we may offer a reasonably comparable replacement.
ASSEMBLED PRODUCTS
For products assembled by NineX19, this warranty covers:
- Genuine NineX19 components.
- Defects in assembly work performed by NineX19.
- Installation work performed by NineX19 before shipment.
An assembled product may contain components manufactured by other companies. Third-party components remain subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty unless NineX19 expressly provides separate coverage.
NineX19 will still assist in diagnosing the complete assembly and identifying which component appears to be causing the problem.
THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS
Products manufactured by another company are generally covered by that manufacturer’s warranty, not the NineX19 warranty.
NineX19 may help identify the problem, provide purchase information, or direct the owner to the appropriate manufacturer. Selling a third-party product does not mean that NineX19 has adopted or expanded the manufacturer’s warranty.
This limitation does not affect any obligation NineX19 may have as the seller under applicable law.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This warranty does not cover a problem or damage caused by:
- Improper installation or fitting.
- Incorrect assembly or disassembly.
- Unauthorized machining, alteration, or modification.
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage.
- Failure to clean, lubricate, inspect, or maintain the product appropriately.
- Corrosion or environmental damage.
- Improper, defective, reloaded, remanufactured, or incompatible ammunition.
- Ammunition outside the intended specifications of the product or host firearm.
- Use with an incompatible firearm, generation, model, optic, or component.
- Damage caused by another manufacturer’s product.
- Damage to threads, screws, fasteners, or mounting surfaces caused by improper tools, torque, or installation.
- Impact, crushing, dropping, fire, flooding, theft, loss, or another external event.
- Continued use after a product shows signs of damage, improper fit, or unsafe operation.
- Normal wear resulting from ordinary use.
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect function.
- Finish variation, fading, scratches, holster wear, or ordinary coating wear.
- A product represented as NineX19 that is counterfeit, altered, or not manufactured by NineX19.
The use of an aftermarket component or service does not, by itself, cancel this warranty. However, this warranty does not cover damage or malfunction caused by that component, service, installation, or modification.
FITMENT AND HOST-FIREARM CONDITIONS
Firearms and aftermarket components can vary because of manufacturing tolerances, wear, previous modification, and component combinations.
A NineX19 product may be within specification while the host firearm or another component prevents proper operation. When that occurs, we will work with the owner to identify the incompatibility and determine whether an adjustment, different component, or other solution is appropriate.
A condition caused solely by the host firearm, ammunition, installation, or another manufacturer’s component is not a defect in the NineX19 product.
Even when the issue is not covered by this warranty, NineX19 will make a reasonable effort to help identify the cause and recommend a practical solution.
COSMETIC CONDITIONS
Minor variations in color, texture, machining marks, coating, engraving, or finish may occur as part of normal manufacturing.
A cosmetic condition is covered only when NineX19 determines that it results from a defect in materials or workmanship. Ordinary finish wear, contact marks, installation marks, holster wear, carbon buildup, and other changes caused by use are not covered defects.
A cosmetic concern that does not affect fit, safety, or function may not qualify for product replacement.
INSTALLATION AND SAFE USE
Firearm components must be installed, inspected, maintained, and used correctly.
Professional installation by a qualified gunsmith is recommended whenever fitting, adjustment, diagnosis, or specialized knowledge is required.
Before installing, inspecting, cleaning, or handling a product, confirm that the firearm is unloaded and follow all safety procedures provided by the firearm and component manufacturers.
Discontinue use immediately if a product appears damaged, fits improperly, or creates an unsafe condition.
Do not attempt to correct a suspected manufacturing defect by machining, filing, grinding, bending, drilling, refinishing, or otherwise altering the product before contacting NineX19. An alteration that prevents us from determining the original condition or cause of failure may affect warranty coverage.
HOW TO REQUEST WARRANTY SUPPORT
Submit a request through our Customer Support page.
Provide as much of the following information as reasonably available:
- The name of the NineX19 product.
- The firearm model, generation, and configuration.
- Other installed components.
- The type of ammunition used.
- A clear description of the problem.
- Troubleshooting already performed.
- Photographs or video showing the product and issue.
- The original order number, if available.
An order number or receipt can help us locate product details, but it is not required solely because the current owner obtained the product secondhand.
PRODUCT TESTING AND INSPECTION
NineX19 will regularly request that a product be returned to us for inspection and testing when remote troubleshooting cannot conclusively identify the cause of a problem.
If Customer Support requests testing, follow all instructions in their entirety. Completing each requested step and providing all requested components and information helps us perform a timely, accurate, and complete evaluation. Missing components, incomplete information, or failure to follow the return instructions may delay testing or prevent us from reproducing the reported issue.
Depending on the circumstances, Customer Support may:
- Request photographs or video of the product and host firearm.
- Ask the owner to perform specific inspection or troubleshooting steps.
- Request measurements or other technical information.
- Request the NineX19 product and specific related components needed to recreate the reported condition.
- Ask that certain internal components, springs, optics, mounting hardware, barrels, slides, or other non-serialized parts be included for testing.
- Provide instructions for safely removing and returning only the components needed for evaluation.
NineX19 cannot receive complete firearms or serialized frames or receivers. Do not ship a complete firearm, serialized component, ammunition, loaded magazine, or any item that Customer Support has not specifically authorized.
When an issue involves the interaction between multiple components, Customer Support will identify which non-serialized components should be returned so we can recreate the relevant configuration as closely as possible. In other cases, Customer Support may instruct the owner how to perform certain tests without returning the product.
If a return is required, NineX19 will provide return instructions. Do not send any product or component to NineX19 without prior authorization.
The owner is responsible for:
- Following all Customer Support instructions.
- Confirming that every returned component is unloaded and contains no ammunition.
- Returning only the specifically requested components.
- Packaging the components securely to prevent shipping damage.
- Complying with applicable shipping laws and carrier requirements.
- Including any requested identifying information with the shipment.
Authorization to return a product for evaluation does not mean that warranty coverage has already been approved. NineX19 must first inspect and test the product and determine the cause of the reported issue.
SHIPPING COSTS
NineX19 may provide a prepaid return label or other shipping instructions based on the circumstances of the claim.
If inspection confirms a covered defect, NineX19 will cover reasonable shipping costs associated with returning the repaired or replacement product to the owner. When appropriate, we may also reimburse or cover reasonable inbound shipping costs.
When inspection determines that the product is functioning properly or that the issue was caused by an excluded condition, the owner may be responsible for applicable shipping costs.
NineX19 will explain any customer-paid charge before performing non-warranty work or returning a product when practical.
NON-WARRANTY SUPPORT
When a problem is not covered by this warranty, NineX19 may still offer:
- Troubleshooting assistance.
- Replacement components.
- Repair or adjustment.
- An exchange option.
- A discounted replacement.
- Another practical resolution.
Any available non-warranty option and associated cost will depend on the product, its condition, available components, and the cause of the problem.
Offering assistance in one non-warranty situation does not expand this warranty or require the same remedy in another situation.
LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
To the extent permitted by law, NineX19 is not responsible under this warranty for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from a product defect or the inability to use a product.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
STATE LAW
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
No provision of this warranty limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
RETURNS ARE SEPARATE FROM WARRANTY SERVICE
A return because the customer changed their mind or ordered the wrong product is governed by our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy.
A suspected manufacturing defect, fitment concern, or compatibility problem is handled as a warranty or product-support matter.
The standard return period does not end the transferable warranty on a genuine NineX19 product.
