The NineX19 4.7-inch Revolution Threaded Barrel combines distinctive spiral fluting with suppressor- and compensator-ready 1/2×28 muzzle threads for the SIG P320 Full Size platform.

Each barrel is CNC machined in the USA from stress-relieved and heat-treated 416R stainless steel. The Revolution design features an updated barrel hood, deep-cut target crown, and broach-cut rifling with a 1:10 twist for commonly used 9mm ammunition ranging from 115-grain range ammunition through 147-grain defensive and competition loads.

What Is the Difference Between the Revolution and Match Barrels?

The primary visual difference is the fluting pattern. The Revolution Barrel uses spiral fluting, while the NineX19 Match Barrel uses pentagonal flat fluting.

Both barrel families are machined from 416R stainless steel and use broach-cut rifling with a 1:10 twist. Choose between them based on the barrel configuration, finish, and exterior design you prefer.

Which SIG P320 Models Use This Barrel?

This barrel is designed for SIG P320 Full Size slides that normally use the standard 4.7-inch barrel configuration.

It is not designed for P320 Compact or X-Carry slides using a 3.9-inch barrel. It is also not a replacement for P320 XFive and other slides requiring a 5-inch barrel.

The P320 fire-control unit can be moved between different grip modules, but grip-module size does not determine barrel compatibility. Match the barrel to the slide length and barrel geometry used by the upper assembly.

Does This Barrel Fit the SIG M17?

The SIG M17 uses a full-size 4.7-inch barrel configuration, but M17 slides may incorporate a loaded chamber indicator that requires corresponding clearance in the barrel hood. Confirm your exact slide and barrel geometry before ordering or installation.

Do not assume compatibility based only on barrel length. Any required inspection or alteration should be completed by a qualified gunsmith.

Loaded Chamber Indicator Compatibility

Some SIG P320 slides use a mechanical loaded chamber indicator that interacts with a corresponding relief in the barrel hood. Confirm whether your slide has this component and whether the selected barrel provides the necessary clearance.

Do not modify the barrel, slide, or loaded chamber indicator solely to force compatibility.

Is This Barrel Threaded for a Suppressor?

Yes. The muzzle uses the standard 1/2×28 thread pattern found on many 9mm suppressors. A matching thread protector and replacement O-rings are included.

Before firing, verify that the suppressor and mounting system are compatible with the barrel’s thread pattern. Confirm proper bore alignment and follow the suppressor manufacturer’s installation instructions.

Can I Install a Compensator?

Yes. A compatible 1/2×28 thread-on compensator can be installed. Adding a compensator changes the weight and gas pressure acting on the slide, so the completed pistol should be function-tested with the ammunition and recoil system you intend to use.

Does It Fit Wilson Combat, Polymer80, or Icarus Precision Grip Modules?

Barrel compatibility is determined primarily by the slide and upper assembly, not the grip module surrounding the P320 fire-control unit. A compatible P320 Full Size upper can generally be used with an appropriate grip module from Wilson Combat, Polymer80, Icarus Precision, or another manufacturer.

Grip-module compatibility does not guarantee barrel compatibility. Confirm that your slide uses the standard P320 Full Size 4.7-inch barrel configuration.
