NineX19 Revolution Threaded Barrel for Glock 17 Gen 5

The NineX19 Revolution Threaded Barrel combines distinctive spiral fluting with match-grade barrel geometry for factory OEM Glock 17 Gen 5 and Glock 47 slides. Machined from stress-relieved and heat-treated 416R stainless steel, it features broach-cut rifling, a 1:10 twist rate, an updated barrel hood, and a threaded muzzle for compatible suppressors and compensators.

The spiral fluting gives the Revolution its signature appearance while preserving the strength and performance required for range, competition, defensive, and suppressed configurations.

The 1/2×28 threaded muzzle includes a matching thread protector and spare O-rings.

Does This Barrel Fit the Glock 47?

Yes. The Glock 47 uses the Glock 17 Gen 5 barrel family. Its factory slide is Glock 17-length and uses the Gen 5 Glock 19-pattern locking geometry adopted by the Glock 17 Gen 5. This allows the same NineX19 barrel to fit compatible Glock 17 Gen 5 and Glock 47 factory slides.

The Glock 47 uses a different recoil-system arrangement than the Glock 17, but that does not change the barrel family. Use the recoil spring assembly specified for the slide and frame configuration being assembled.

Glock 17 Gen 5 Barrel Compatibility

The Glock 17 Gen 5 uses different locking geometry from Glock 17 Gen 1–4 barrels. Glock changed the Gen 5 Glock 17 to the Glock 19-pattern barrel lug system. Use a barrel specifically listed for Glock 17 Gen 5 or Glock 47 rather than a Gen 1–4 Glock 17 barrel.

Threaded-Barrel Applications

The 1/2×28 threaded muzzle allows the installation of compatible 9mm suppressors and thread-on compensators. Confirm the muzzle device’s thread specification, bore clearance, mounting method, and installation requirements before use.

A compensator redirects expanding gases to counter muzzle rise, while a suppressor reduces muzzle blast and sound when used with the appropriate ammunition and equipment. Either configuration may affect recoil-system requirements and ammunition sensitivity.

Ammunition and Function Testing
