Each barrel is precision machined in the USA from stress-relieved and heat-treated 416R stainless steel for consistent fit, accuracy, and dependable operation.

Pentagonal flat fluting gives the barrel its distinctive NineX19 profile, while a broach-cut 1:10 twist supports commonly used 9mm ammunition weights ranging from 115-grain range ammunition through 147-grain defensive and competition loads.

Which SIG P365 Models Does This Barrel Fit?

This barrel is designed for SIG P365XL slides using the standard P365XL-length 3.7-inch barrel configuration.

It is not designed for the standard P365 or P365X slide, which uses the shorter 3.1-inch barrel. P365 XMacro models have been produced with different slide and barrel configurations, so confirm the barrel length required by your exact slide before ordering.

Compatibility with aftermarket slides depends on the slide manufacturer maintaining the appropriate OEM-pattern P365XL barrel geometry and tolerances.

Is This P365XL Barrel Threaded for a Suppressor?

Yes. The barrel uses the standard 1/2×28 thread pattern found on many 9mm suppressors and pistol compensators. A matching thread protector and replacement O-rings are included.

Before firing, verify that the muzzle device is designed for 1/2×28 threads and the intended application. When installing a suppressor, confirm proper bore alignment and follow the suppressor manufacturer’s mounting instructions.

Can I Use a Compensator on This Barrel?
