NineX19 Match V2 Threaded Barrel for SIG P365

The NineX19 Match Threaded Barrel for SIG P365 and P365X adds suppressor- and compensator-ready 1/2×28 muzzle threads to the compact P365 platform. Each barrel is precision machined from stress-relieved and heat-treated 416R stainless steel for consistent fit, accuracy, and dependable operation.

Pentagonal flat fluting reduces unnecessary weight while giving the barrel a distinctive NineX19 profile. A broach-cut 1:10 twist supports common 9mm ammunition weights, including 115-, 124-, and 147-grain loads.

Which SIG P365 Models Does This Barrel Fit?

This barrel fits the standard SIG P365 and P365X when used with a slide designed around the standard P365-length 3.1-inch barrel.

It is not designed for P365XL slides or other configurations requiring the longer P365XL-length barrel. Because P365 XMacro configurations can use different slide and barrel lengths, confirm the barrel length required by your exact slide before ordering.

Fitment with aftermarket slides depends on the slide manufacturer maintaining compatible OEM-pattern barrel geometry and tolerances.

Is This Barrel Threaded for a Suppressor or Compensator?

Yes. The muzzle is threaded 1/2×28, the common thread pattern for many 9mm suppressors and pistol compensators. A matching thread protector and replacement O-rings are included.

Before firing, verify that the muzzle device is designed for the barrel’s thread pattern and intended application. When installing a suppressor, confirm proper bore alignment and follow the suppressor manufacturer’s mounting instructions.

Installation and Function Testing

The barrel is designed as a drop-in component for compatible OEM-pattern P365 and P365X slides. Individual firearm and aftermarket-slide tolerances can vary, so inspect the installed barrel for proper lockup and unrestricted operation before firing.

After installation, safely function-test the completed pistol with the ammunition, magazines, and muzzle device you intend to use. Adding a compensator or suppressor can change slide velocity and may require ammunition or recoil-system tuning for reliable operation.
