The NineX19 Revolution Barrel combines match-barrel construction with distinctive spiral fluting, an updated barrel-hood design, and the deep-cut target crown developed for our Vapor series. Designed as a direct replacement for compatible Glock 19-pattern pistols, it provides a functional and visual upgrade for factory pistols, custom builds, competition guns, and everyday-use configurations.

Each barrel is CNC machined in the USA from stress-relieved and heat-treated 416R stainless steel. Broach-cut rifling with a 1:10 twist is designed to stabilize commonly used 9mm bullet weights, from 115-grain range ammunition through heavier 147-grain defensive and competition loads.

Spiral-Fluted Revolution Design

The Revolution’s spiral fluting gives the barrel its signature appearance while removing material from the exterior without altering the bore. The flutes remain visible through windowed slides and provide a distinctive alternative to the smooth exterior of a conventional replacement barrel.

An updated hood design and NineX19 branding complete the barrel’s appearance when installed in a factory or aftermarket slide.

Deep-Cut Target Crown

The recessed target crown helps protect the critical transition where the rifling meets the muzzle from incidental contact and damage. Its deep-cut profile is borrowed from the NineX19 Vapor barrel and slide system and gives the muzzle a clean, finished appearance.

Glock 19 and G19-Pattern Compatibility

This non-threaded barrel is designed for compatible Glock 19 Gen 1–5 pistols and other models that use the Glock 19 barrel configuration, including:

Aftermarket slides and frames can vary in their dimensions and tolerances. Confirm that your specific configuration accepts a standard Glock 19-pattern barrel before ordering. As with any firearm component, inspection and fitting by a qualified armorer or gunsmith may be appropriate.

Broach-Cut 1:10 Twist Rifling

The Revolution Barrel uses broach-cut conventional rifling with a 1:10 twist rate. This configuration supports commonly available jacketed 9mm ammunition across a broad range of bullet weights and makes the barrel suitable for range use, competition, defensive configurations, and general-purpose builds.

Available Finishes

• Black Nitride: A durable, understated black finish suitable for factory-style and all-black builds.
• Gold Nitride: A bright gold finish that highlights the spiral fluting through slide windows and around the ejection port.
• Gunmetal: A darker metallic finish that provides contrast without the brightness of the Gold option.

Finish appearance can vary slightly with lighting, surrounding components, and the display used to view the product images.
