PARTNERSHIPS & COLLABORATIONS
NineX19 enjoys working with good people who understand our products, share our standards, and bring something meaningful to the relationship.
We are open to collaborations with customers, content creators, competitive shooters, event organizers, dealers, custom builders, gunsmiths, Cerakote applicators, manufacturers, and other members of the firearms industry.
We are selective about the partnerships we pursue, particularly on social media. Audience size can be useful, but it is not the primary thing that gets our attention. We care more about the person, the quality of the work, and whether the relationship makes sense beyond a few sponsored posts.
CONTENT CREATORS
A large following and an offer to review a free product are not enough by themselves to create a compelling partnership.
We are not interested in purchasing positive reviews with free products. We would rather develop genuine relationships with people who already understand the brand, use our products, and create strong content because they are interested in what we make.
One of the best ways to get our attention is to:
- Use a NineX19 product you already own.
- Create original photographs, video, or technical content.
- Tag NineX19 when you publish it.
- Show us your style, consistency, and understanding of the product.
- Demonstrate what an ongoing collaboration could actually look like.
You do not need an enormous audience. Strong photography, useful technical information, credible shooting experience, thoughtful presentation, and an engaged audience can matter more than follower count.
We understand that independent creators may work with multiple companies, including other manufacturers in the same industry. That is not automatically a problem.
What we generally avoid are short, transactional arrangements where a product receives two or three posts, disappears from the creator’s content immediately afterward, and is replaced the following week by a similar promotion for another brand.
We are more interested in content with a useful life and partnerships that develop over time.
REVIEWS AND DISCLOSURE
Providing a product does not purchase editorial control, a positive opinion, or a predetermined conclusion.
We expect creators to be honest about their experience and to clearly disclose complimentary products, compensation, affiliate relationships, or other material connections when required.
Honest criticism is not a problem. A creator who understands the product and communicates thoughtfully is more valuable than someone who simply repeats marketing copy.
COMPETITIVE SHOOTERS
We are interested in working with competitive shooters who actively use their equipment, understand how it performs, and can provide useful feedback.
Participation, professionalism, consistency, and genuine product use matter more than a polished sponsorship proposal alone.
When contacting us, include:
- The disciplines and divisions in which you compete.
- Your current match schedule.
- Relevant results or experience.
- The NineX19 products you currently use.
- Links to your social media, match footage, or other content.
- What type of relationship you are proposing.
- How you expect to represent NineX19 over time.
We evaluate shooter relationships individually. Product support, event support, discounts, and other arrangements depend on the shooter, schedule, proposed involvement, and available resources.
MATCHES, COMPETITIONS, AND EVENTS
NineX19 is interested in helping support shooting competitions and events.
Support may include:
- Products for prize tables.
- Discount certificates.
- Match or stage support.
- Promotional materials.
- Collaborative content.
- Other event-specific assistance.
We prioritize well-run events with clear information, realistic requests, and enough lead time to participate effectively.
Event organizers should provide:
- Event name, date, and location.
- Competition type and expected attendance.
- Organizer and range information.
- Sponsorship levels or requested support.
- Relevant deadlines.
- How NineX19 will be represented.
- Links to the event website and social accounts.
Submitting a request does not guarantee support. Product availability, timing, event fit, and existing commitments all affect what we can provide.
DEALERS AND RETAILERS
We welcome inquiries from qualified dealers and retailers interested in stocking NineX19 products.
We are interested in working with businesses that understand the products, represent them accurately, and can provide knowledgeable support to their customers.
When contacting us, include:
- Business name and location.
- Website and social-media links.
- Type of business.
- Current product lines.
- Products of interest.
- Expected opening order or purchasing volume.
- Relevant licenses or resale documentation.
Wholesale pricing, opening-order requirements, product availability, and account terms will be provided to approved accounts.
CUSTOM BUILDERS, GUNSMITHS, AND CERAKOTE APPLICATORS
Custom builders, gunsmiths, armorers, and Cerakote applicators may qualify for industry or wholesale pricing when NineX19 products are regularly incorporated into customer builds or services.
We are open to relationships involving:
- Custom pistol builds.
- Slide and barrel packages.
- Coating and finishing services.
- Product installation.
- Dealer or builder inventory.
- Collaborative builds.
- Photography and promotional projects.
- Product feedback and testing.
Tell us about your business, the work you perform, the products you are interested in, and how you expect to use them.
PRODUCT AND INDUSTRY COLLABORATIONS
NineX19 is open to product development, manufacturing relationships, special projects, and collaborations with other companies when the project fits our capabilities and design approach.
A good proposal should explain:
- Who you are.
- What you want to create.
- Why NineX19 is a good fit.
- What each party would contribute.
- The intended customer or market.
- Expected quantities and timeline.
- Whether the proposal involves development, manufacturing, distribution, content, or promotion.
We value clear ideas and realistic expectations. A short, specific proposal is more useful than a broad request to “work together.”
Do not submit confidential designs, trade secrets, or proprietary technical information before both parties have agreed on how that information will be handled.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
The best NineX19 partnerships generally involve:
- Genuine familiarity with our products.
- High-quality, original work.
- Professional communication.
- Realistic expectations.
- Technical credibility.
- Consistency over time.
- A clear benefit for both parties.
- Respect for the customer and the firearms community.
We are eager to work with good people. We are simply more interested in building useful relationships than collecting temporary impressions.
