California FFL Dealer Information

Receiving FFL for

California law requires barrels purchased from NineX19 to be delivered through a qualified California firearms dealer.

Before submitting this form, contact the dealer you intend to use and confirm that it will accept your NineX19 order and process the required transfer. NineX19 will not select a dealer or contact an unconfirmed dealer to ask whether it is willing to accept your order.

After submission, NineX19 will email the dealer and copy you so that dealer acceptance and licensing can be confirmed under one email conversation. Your order will remain on hold until this process is complete.

Orders that cannot be completed within 10 days may be cancelled and the payment authorization voided.

FFL Dealer Licensing Information *

Some FFL dealers provide licensing information only to the shipping business. Either option is acceptable.

NineX19 will email the receiving FFL dealer using the address entered above and copy you on the message. The dealer must confirm that it will accept the order and provide or confirm its Federal Firearms License and licensed premises shipping address.

NineX19 will verify the dealer through ATF FFL eZ Check before shipping. The dealer must also confirm that it will complete the required in-person barrel transfer under California SB 704.

Submission of this form does not complete dealer verification or release the order for shipment.
