SHIPPING TIMES
Due to increased demand and order volume, it may take us a few extra days to get your order processed. Most orders are shipping within 1-2 business days, but we ask that you please allow up to 5 business days. All orders ship via FedEx 2-Day Express, but please bear in mind that all of the major carriers are experiencing intermittent delays right now. Please monitor your provided tracking and allow a few extra days in transit before reaching out to us with questions or concerns.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Our production team is working feverishly to crank out the premium parts and components that you’re looking for. However, the current market demand and supply chain challenges all over the industry are making it very difficult to accurately schedule production. For your convenience, we have added an “in-stock notification” feature to every product on our website. This feature allows you to sign up and receive an email the moment an out-of-stock product becomes available again. We ask that you please utilize this feature and refrain from emailing us to ask when something is going to be back in stock. (Most products come back in stock every few weeks.) We love hearing from you, but we simply can’t provide concrete timelines right now and trying to reply to a flood of re-stocking inquiries each day pulls valuable resources away from production and order fulfillment.
